We are looking for teachers who see teaching music lessons as a passion and not just a job. Positions are part-time. New teachers will give us their availability and if we don’t yet have a student load ready, we will build up their student load according to the availability given to us by each teacher.

We are also looking for music teachers who plan to teach with us for at least 18 months before changing careers or moving away.

Teachers may also simultaneously teach at other studios outside of a 15 mile radius from our school location.

Upon hiring, there will be a 4 week paid teaching trial, after which we will all know (teacher and Martucci Music) whether we seem to be a good fit for each other.

Lastly, we are looking for a teacher who can adopt our philosophy of teaching and speak the language to every student that they teach. We highly value a teacher who will be dedicated to reflecting the culture and values of our company brand.

Responsibilities:

-Read, understand and stay updated on our employee manual
-Speak the mission and vision of the studio
-Attend quarterly team meetings and recitals
-Take daily student attendance
-Maintain a clean and organized teaching space
-Maintain student schedule, booking make up lessons and following up with their students
-Placing student music orders in a timely fashion
-Learn how to use and stay on top of our team communication platform: Slack (and it’s internal app, Workast)
-Learn how to use and stay on top of our student scheduling platform: My Music Staff
